All products are easy to be prepared and actually the Chuka range already cooks and only needs to be defrosted. Hence, I have prepared 3 simple ideas that I made using all these products.

1. Deep Fried Breaded Scallops with Sesame Dressing.

Deep-Fried Breaded Scallops with Sesame Dressing

• Defrost Kanika Breaded Scallop and fried Breaded Scallop under oil temperature 150°c to 170°c

• Fried until the surface turns golden brown. Serve it with Kanika sesame dressings.

2. Udon with Miso Soup

Udon with Miso Soup

• Boil water in a pot until it boiled, then turn off the heat. Stir in the Miso paste. (you can add beef stocks if you like too!)
• Add in Udon, and mushroom and also season the soup with salt and sugar.
• Serve your Udon with soft boiled egg or even Tempura if you like.

3. Japanese Rice with 4 Chuka

Japanese Rice with 4 Chuka

• Cook the Japanese rice.
• Defrost Chuka Wakame, Chuka Kurage,Chuka Idako and Chuka Hotate for half to an hour.
• Prepared miso soup with tofu and wakame.
• Enjoy eating rice with all the side dishes.
