Hiking at Bukit Singa, Kapas Island. | Hello hikers! Guess what, Kapas Island not only for swimming, snorkeling and diving but people also do hiking here. In the Kapas Island, they have a hill call Bukit Singa(Singa/Lion's Hill).

My sisters and brother in law loves hiking, before they arrive in Kapas Island, they already made plan to hike Bukit Singa. They said it just a small hill that everyone can hike, thus my father and mother, also my kids Zahra and Fateh when hiking that day.

So the second day we in Kapas Island, as early in the morning the whole family except me with my 3 other sisters and also small kids, Malique, Maryam, Ayra and Ghazy, going for hiking. I wanted to go but no one can take care of Ghazy and Malique. So, I missed all the fun but so glad Zahra and Fateh can enjoy hiking that day.

My sister said to climb the hill only took few minutes but to go there from our resort takes a while. And since they went with kids and elderly it took about 20 minutes to the hill. And it is hilarious cos my kids went hiking with their pajamas actually and my husband only wear slipper to hike. But Alhamdulillah everything went well that, my mother and father also succeed to hike Bukit Singa that day, and I'm the one who left behind with my baby. huuuu

the Blue Lagoon

Hiking to Bukit Singa will expose you with a beautiful Blue Lagoon which it is situated on the other side of Bukit Singa. It so beautiful as you can see in the picture, but the people that monitor the area said that it is dangerous to swim here.

Apart of that, if you can there is a boat will bring you inside the cave of the Lion's Hill and my sister google it said there is a trip for scuba diving here. I guess we should repeat this trip again and do what we missed before cos you know the Kapas Island is so beautiful. I hope this island will be preserve by everyone.

Hence, if you planning a trip to this beautiful Kapas Island, don't forget to hike this Bukit Singa. It will a great experience and makes you go early cos you don't want to had too much sun kissed right? And of course do avoid if it is too crowded.
