Whats Happening on Yoodo #VirtuaLepak Community Day! | Since this Pandemic, I bet everyone missing going to a gig and concert like always. Remembering those day will make us sad but then we have to adapt with this New Normal and life must go on.

So to bring back the fun while rewarding the loyal customer of Yoodo, the Malaysia’s first truly customisable and 100% digital mobile service provider, held #VirtuaLepak community day last Saturday. The live event has gather about 300 people on Zoom and thousand views on FB Live.

I was so excited watching the show, even though there is no 'pogo' during that time, it really brings back memories. :p

#VirtuaLepak Community Day also unveiled so many exciting things from Yoodoo. This year, Yoodo 2.0 was unveiled: the next evolution of Yoodo as a brand and service as it continues to lead the digital telco space. Yoodo introduced an unlimited data plan, that allows users to #BuatUnlimitedSendiri and customize their own Unlimited plan.

PRODUCT FEATURES

The announcement included a variety of new product features:

1. Renew Anytime

- With Renew Anytime, Yoodo users can switch their mobile plans anytime they want.

- This convenient product feature removes the need for users to wait for their current monthly cycle to end before switching to their new, preferred plan.

2. Power Pass

- The Power Pass is an add-on data packet that gives you high-speed data in short bursts.

- Users can get 100GB of data for only RM2, giving maximum connectivity for ultra-affordable prices.

3. Yoodo Rewards

- Wanting to reward users for their loyal support, Yoodo Rewards was introduced to give back to the users for every purchase.

- Users are rewarded with one free Add-On for every 10 Add-Ons they purchase.

Yoodo also introduced 8 brand new Data Add-Ons this year across gaming, entertainment and e-commerce, bringing the total number of Add-Ons to 18. Add-Ons are additional data packets that do not deduct from users’ data plan.

1. Gaming

- Yoodo introduced Add-Ons for Call of Duty Mobile and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, giving gamers 20GB of dedicated gaming data for RM 5.

- The new Add-Ons join other popular mobile games Add-Ons, like PUBG MOBILE and Arena of Valor.

2. Entertainment

- Recognizing the need for entertainment, particularly during the beginning of the pandemic, Yoodo introduced Add-Ons for Tik Tok, Viu, Dim Sum, Astro Go, and Joox.

3. E-Commerce

- Yoodo also brought in an Add-On for Boost to give users maximum convenience for all their online shopping needs.

YOODO AMBASSADORS

The launch of Yoodo Ambassadors

Apart of the exciting features in the plan, Yoodo - Malaysia’s first truly customisable and 100% digital mobile service provider is looking to reward users and brand amplifiers for their continued support with the introduction of Yoodo Ambassadors. During the event, they launch the Yoodo Ambassadors campaign.

Yoodo Ambassadors invites you to be a part of Malaysia’s number one digital telco by rewarding users who post and promote Yoodo on their respective social media platforms. Through Yoodo Ambassadors, not only will you get to help share the incredible Yoodo experience with your friends and family, you will also get rewarded for your efforts.

HOW IT WORKS

To be a part of Yoodo Ambassadors all you have to do is email yoodoambassadors@gmail.com with your full details and social media platform links. Each month Yoodo will issue Ambassador Missions for you to complete. The more you complete, the more points you get. The more points you get, the better the reward are.

During this initial pilot phase, each Yoodo Ambassador will receive Shopee vouchers as a reward for completing their missions. At the end of the monthly duration, you simply email Yoodo, at the same email address, the links and details to your mission accomplishing posts. Then the team will verify the missions accomplished and credit the corresponding Shopee vouchers on the 10th of the following month.

Mission Examples

Some of the potential missions for Yoodo Ambassadors include:

• Reshare 4 Yoodo posts a month on your own feed/channel – 10 points

• Share a photo of your Yoodo dashboard (with an active plan or renewal) on social media and encourage your fans to try Yoodo – 5 points

• Join our social media contest & share it on your profile – 3 points

• Comment on 10 of our posts a month with Positive comments/replies with your personal experience – 15 points

• Include “I use Yoodo, powered by Celcom” in your own organic content – 3 points

• Include “#youdoitbetter” in your own organic relevant social content – 3 points

• Write a blogpost about Yoodo (directly/indirectly) and use our hashtags – 15 Points (bloggers only)

Rewards

During this pilot phase, bloggers and brand amplifiers with less than 10,000 followers will receive RM50 in Shopee credits once they have accumulated at least 15 mission points. For those with over 10,000 following, Yoodo Ambassadors will reward you with RM80 in Shopee credit.
