Fun in the Sun at Resorts World Kijal. | Resorts World Kijal is not a new name in the hotel industry and the Resorts has been establish for more than 20 years. When I studied at UiTM Terengganu, this resorts is one on my wish list to visit and stay. It look so grand when you passed by it.

Luckily, I managed to visit Resorts World Kijal on 22st September 2018, the week after my birthday and I was so blessed with it. Thank you Resorts World Genting for the great opportunity for me and my family to have fun at Resorts World Kijal.

Arriving at the Resorts World Kijal, we were honor with a great traditional dance show by student from the primary school in Terengganu. Delightful with it, we can't even wait for next step in the resorts. So what fun in Resorts World Kijal? 

Hence let me introduce the fun activities to do in Resorts World Kijal :

1. Restoran Kampong Meraga Beris.

To satisfied our empty stomach, we had our lunch at the Restaurant Kampong Meraga Beris here in the resorts. A buffet lunch is more than enough to fix our hunger and of course we enjoyed every bite of our food in the restaurant. I love the soup and to our surprise they even served venison on their menu that day. 

With over 30 menu served that day, we were overwhelmed with all it taste. The pasta was good, my kids enjoy it so much. All the side dishes also delicious and one the dessert that we can move on that day was peanut butter cake. It was awesome and we can't get enough of it. 

Restorant Kampong Meraga Beris also the place you will had your breakfast if you stay in here. The breakfast selection also good, you can have Nasi Dagang and Laksa in here as it is the specialty food in Terengganu. You also can enjoy varieties of food from Tosai to pancake or even Sushi for your breakfast.

2. Rooms in Resorts World Kijal

Our room is facing the sea and we also can see the poolside area from it. And of course my kids was so excited to jump into the pool as they were always love swimming. Back in the room, they also excited with bathtub in it and of course I also love the beautiful bathroom they had. All necessary items were provided by Resorts World Kijal from the basic soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, too the sewing kit. It is definitely complete for your night stay.

We also manage to had a room tour at Resorts World Kijal. Apart of our room the Premier Seaview Room, there is also a normal Deluxe Room that did not facing the seaview. Room rates at Resorts World Kijal start from RM410 per night.

Premier Suite

The special room in Resorts World Kijal also includes the Premier Suite and Deluxe Suite. If you came for honeymoon they will set up a lovely set up for you and during our visit they show us the room that their regular will come. The set up was beautiful at the Premier Suite and they even welcome with a box of chocolate. The Premier and Deluxe Price starts at RM800++ and will be depending to the seasons.

3. Golf Course

One of the attraction in this Resorts World Kijal is their 18 submission golf course. They also offer a great package if wanted to stay and play golf at their resorts.

2D1N Golf Package (RM426 per night in a Premier Seaview room, including a buffet breakfast for two at Restoran Kampong and golfing session for 2 pax, including insurance).

4. Gym 

For anyone who love gym and can't skip your gym routine it is a good place to enjoy your workout. They even had two rooms for it, where is one is for run or treadmill room and another is where all the lift up area. Pardon my terms because I'm so not a gym person. Haha

5. Team Building/Outdoor Games

Resorts World Kijal is fun place to enjoy many outdoor activities with your family or colleague. If you had a family day in here they can help you to organize a game for you and your family. The game is suitable for the whole family to enjoy.

There is so many exciting games they offered to held such as Tarik Upik (someone to pull a coconut leaf while another one is on it), Kukur Kelapa (grated coconut using the traditional coconut grater), and many more activities to name on. 

It is fun to play games you never had chance to play before and here in Resorts World Kijal you can have fun without being worry of the sun. The place for the game is perfectly shady for you to have fun.

6. Poolside

The poolside area is one the things my kids so excited with. The poolside area is so big and they even have a playground at the kids pool. Even though Fateh loves swimming but that day he doesn't swim because too excited with the playground.

Apart of it, there also a jaccuzi area at the poolside. The hot water tub is not suitable for the kids but too bad I don't even get a chance to relax in it.

7. Oasis Beach Bistro

Dinner time is so enjoyable because of the restaurant at the beach. With a beautiful scenery and weather, we also got a chance to enjoy the sunset at this Oasis Beach Bistro.

Oasis Beach Bistro served a simple menu but all food was nice especially their steamboat. We had 3 plate of steamboat that night and the chicken wing was so good too!

Best part, they also grill the barbeque items live and it was of course delicious. Oh that was not the best part, the best part is actually the romantic dinner table that available if you wanted to have a romantic dinner with your love. You can also enjoy the night with a live band and they even gave our kids a lantern that night. I was excited because that was the first time I light a lantern. Haha..poor me.

8. Kampung Tour.

Terengganu is a beautiful state with a beautiful beach and island to enjoy. For someone who live in the city, it is fun to visit others rural area and enjoy the life you never embrace. During our stay, we managed to visit Pantai Teluk Mak Nik where we had the opportunity to buy anchovies and also enjoy the view of the fisherman life.

Anyway thank you again Resorts World Genting for having me and my family to Resorts World Kijal. We definitely enjoy every moment we had in here and very grateful with this visit. We will visit again soon someday for sure!
