Knee Pain and Tips to Heal it.  | Lately, I am suffering with knee pain and I never taught that someone in my age with a normal BMI will suffer a knee pain. But still it happen to me.



What actually cause knee pain? Did anyone know? So based on my 'Google Search'(lol) knee pain was cause by several factors.

Physical conditions or diseases can cause knee pain. These include: 

  1. osteoarthritis: pain, inflammation, and joint destruction caused by degeneration and deterioration of the joint.
  2. tendinitis: pain in the front of the knee that is made worse when climbing, taking stairs, or walking up an incline.
  3. bursitis: inflammation caused by repeated overuse or injury of the knee.
  4. chondromalacia patella: damaged cartilageunder the kneecap.
  5. gout: arthritis caused by the buildup of uric acid.
  6. Baker’s cyst: a buildup of synovial fluid(fluid that lubricates the joint) behind the knee.
  7. rheumatoid arthritis (RA): a chronic autoimmune inflammatory disorder that causes painful swelling and can eventually cause joint deformity and bone erosion.
  8. dislocation: dislocation of the kneecap most often the result of trauma.
  9. meniscus tear: a rupture in one or more of the cartilage in the knee.
  10. torn ligament: tear in one of the four ligaments in the knee — the most commonly injured ligament is the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL).
  11. bone tumors: osteosarcoma (second most prevalent bone cancer), most commonly occurs in the knee 

So I think I might suffering with tendinitis because I had so much pain everytime I taking stairs. And it also might be bursitis because I overuse it? Haha..I don't know but thats my remedies, I was in pain everytime I taking stairs and even like yesterday I was at the beach and try to walk incline it hurts me much.

They said wearing skinny jeans also cause effects for the knee pain.

Hence, the pain absolutely a nightmare for everyone who suffer with it. Here i will share you the tips that can help treated you knee pain. Bursitis, a common cause of knee pain, is treated in the following ways:

1. Ice the knee for 15 minutes once an hour for three or four hours. Do not apply the ice directly to the knee; instead, cover your knee with a cotton towel. Place ice in a plastic zip-close bag, and then place the bag on the towel.

2. Wear cushioned, flat shoes that support your feet and don’t exacerbate your pain. Yup, definitely have to wear a right shoes! 

3. Avoid sleeping on your side. Use pillows positioned on either side of your body to prevent you from rolling onto your side. When lying on your side, keep a pillow between your knees. This might cause it too, bacause I breastfeed my baby and always sleep on my side.

4. Stay seated when possible. If you have to stand, avoid hard surfaces and keep your weight equally divided on both legs.

5. Lose weight if you are overweight or obese. Yeah, should I lose more weight too.
