Food Review : Korean Food at Myaengdong Toppoki. | anyoung haseyo! Korean food and culture has become a big impact in our community nowadays. Everyone want to be beautiful like the Korean, dance like the K-pop star and even eat like a Korean does. Its all because the impact of the music and drama they watch everyday.
Everytime I watch their movie, I will craving to eat the Korean food. But then I'm glad living here in Petaling Jaya gaves me a lot of option for Korean food. Recently, I went to Korean restaurant in One Utama call MyeaengDong Toppoki!
First of all, this Korean restaurant did not certified Halal but it is a pork free restaurant and unlike Japanese food, most Korean food did not use any alcohol like sake or mirin in their dishes. This restaurant also used Halal meat. Did you know mostly Korean food is vegetables and was nominated as the healthy food to eat? Yeah, eat more veggy and be flawless like Korean!

This restaurant is quite simple self service restaurant. You need to queue to order you food, then pay for it and wait for your food to be ready.. They will call your number when the food is ready..

Seafood Ramyun RM16.80 |
A Ramyun fans sure love this so much! You can choose the spicy Ramyun or not.. The Ramyun set comes with the drinks and also a Kimbap and the condiments. This set will make you so full..haha

Kimali ; RM9.50 . A fried seaweed Glassnoodle Roll
Tempura Squid ; RM12.50 . A fried quid.
Hangul Chicken ; RM9.50. A fried chicken.
If you love fried dishes, this is one of must try food, simple yet but enjoying food to have.
Toppoki RM6.80 (S) |
A Toppoki is a spicy rice cake. A rice cake fans surely know how it taste but this one is diferent cos it using the Korean sauce.
Bulgogi Beef Deopbap , RM17.80 |
If you love rice try Deopbap that comes in beef and chicken. I love beef more than chicken, thus I order beef Deopbap. With a lot of vegetables in a bowl, this is surely a very healthy food.
Drinks RM5.80 |
This drinks comes in 4 variants which is Honey Citron, Honey Vera, Honey Apple and Honey Jujube. Such a refreshing drinks to helps you with spicy and fried food.
Overall my experience with this resatuarant is good, the food was prepare is a quick time, the price was reasonable and it was a delicious Korean food too! If you want to try their just head over to One Utama, Paradigm Mall, Sunway Putra Mall, Pearl Shopping Gallery or Sunway Piramid and have a taste of Korean!
