Recently I'd been eating out at D'Kayangan Steamboat, Grill and BBQ situated in Seksyen 13, Shah Alam... but before I makes you drooling let me introduce you with D'Kayangan itself.
D'Kayangan Steamboat, Grill and BBQ is an eatery joint known to many within the Klang Valley for sumptuous buffet, offering varieties of fresh food, splendid taste with a blend of west and east and great ambiance with excellent hospitality. Synonymous with it name, this restaurant offers awesome dining experience for ardent followers of steamboat, grill and BBQ.
D'Kayangan besides the extensive buffet menu, they also serve whole roasted lamb, charcoal grilled daily... Did you read roasted lamb? Yes, definitely ROASTED LAMB, DAILY!!! My favorite things ever...

Established by a group of renowned chefs in the year 2010, D'Kayangan has gone through lots of transformation and improvements. Initially it started off as only a steamboat affair, of course serving great variety of fresh food. In 2013, the Grill was added, as many liked the combination of both taste.

This year, 2016, D'Kayangan has introduced the charcoal BBQ concept with fresher chicken, meat and various seafood skewers added to the buffet line up. The concept is charcoal BBQ using a mini pit provided at each table with burning smokeless imported charcoals. Now, their valued customer are offered 3 ways and method of preparing and enjoying their dinner - Steamboat, Grill or BBQ with the ambience of a 5 star restaurant a very reasonable prices.

The new addition in the menu at the dessert counter is the Icy Monster, ice creams, choices of local kuih, puddings, ckes, jelly, variety of fruits, chendol, and ais batu campur (ABC).

Added to D'Kayangan's already lengthy meat, spicy cilantro squid, spicy dory fish, peppe cilantro shrimp and many much more. The marinate ingredients and method which is the key to the success of this herbs,etc,etc, (which is off course a trade secret), put together in different pro-portion and method of marinating to boost the taste and aroma.
There is also ready-to-eat food such fried rice, chicken curry, fried kuew tiow and others.
When you went for a steamboat you are actually the chef on your own, so there is variations of sauce you can mix match with the food you cooked.

So the pricing is extremely reasonable at only RM40.20 nett (including GST) for adult and RM20.10 nett (including GST) for children. Reasonable right? RM40.20 for a varieties of food you can have.. in other restaurant you might end up paying RM40 for a single main course.. and oooh that lamb is free flow too.. are they actually gaining profit or not???haha
